I specialise in complex architectures — core banking systems, transactional ledgers, open banking and transport route optimisation — and in building the engineering culture that keeps them stable at scale.     • Leadership & product culture. Led the technical restructuring and transformed the engineering culture of a fully remote, asynchronous team of 20+ people; moved the focus from MVP to Minimum Remarkable Product, dramatically improving platform stability and reducing production incidents by 90%.
    • Fintech architecture & scalability. Designed the initial architecture and its evolution to support 400,000+ registered users, 100,000+ active users and over 10 million monthly transactions — with strong transactional consistency and full historical traceability.
    • AI workflow optimisation. Redesigned asynchronous agile frameworks and integrated Claude Code, Cursor and AWS Bedrock into delivery, cutting lead time from 10 days to 3.
    • Strategic decision making. Established technical governance aligning business objectives with macroservice scalability, data security and long-term platform resilience.

    • B2B open banking platform. Spearheaded the technical strategy and the first MVP of a B2B open banking solution, letting companies manage multiple banking products from a single dashboard.
    • Financial integrations. Architected a centralised system to integrate diverse banking APIs — one source of truth for a company's financial operations.
